Vessel Condition Surveys

Vessel Condition Surveys / Condition Inspections

You own a vessel or plan to purchase a vessel but you neither have sufficient manpower nor time to have the asset inspected? Then I am available and of service.
  • as marine Superintendent since 2012
  • DNV (Det Noske Veritas) trained (Hull strength and Inspection) since 2013
  • Inspection of the asset on scene
  • Issuing a condition report
  • presentation of the report to interested parties
  • RightShip / PacMarine accredited since beginning of 2018
  • IDWAL Marine accredited since beginning of 2018
  • I am looking forward to inspect your Oil-/ Produkts-/ Chemical Tanker, Containervessels, Bulk Carriers, General Cargo Ships, Vehikles Carrier, Offshore Supply Vessels and/or Passanger Ships.
May I announce my approach on the axample of a new candidate for your fleet:
To identify the proper assets in such a case it might not be advisable to send out your own superintendants as it might unreasonably bind resources.
As soon as you have identified a potential candidate for your fleet you may conact me and together we evaluate what exactly your expectations are. Based on this specifications I will start to plan the physical inspection of the vessel and check her history (e.g. PSC events).
Afterwards I will go on board to perform a detailed inspection. I estimate two working days for this, however depending on the port stay I may either do it on two calender days or in one attempt.
Once the inspection is completed a pictured report is issued, either on a fromat provided by the client or I will use my own one.
It it is of interest and requested, I may present the report to interested parties. This presentation may be of interest not only to potential investors but also to superintendents which will take responsibilities in the future or even the command team of the vessel if they are not taken over. In this way investors can be assured that their money is suitably used and the superintendants and command team will be basicly familiar with the vessel without having been on board.
